BLUE GOLD OF THE ALPS: A RESOURCE UNDER THREAT
On the roof of Europe, in the icy waters of the Alps, a handful of scientists, divers and mountaineers embark on unprecedented explorations. From the summit of Mont-Blanc to the depths of high-altitude lakes, they all pursue the same goal: to demonstrate the vulnerability of our most precious resource, fresh water. By following their fights, by accompanying them as closely as possible to their challenges, Dorothée Adam offers us an exceptional film where human adventure, science and ecology combine to report on what is at stake directly at the source of our water.
