The Song of Storms
Emily, 8 years old, has a gift no one understands she perceives sounds that others cannot hear.
For as long as she can remember, she has heard the song of storms, a secret melody emitted by lightning and felt by animals.
Recently settled in a small mountain village, Emily spends her summer exploring the forest, observing nature, and listening to these invisible harmonies that even her veterinarian mother refuses to believe are real.
As the new school year approaches, she keeps her distance from the other children until she meets Manon, her young neighbor.
For the first time, Emily dares to share her secret.
